Guardian Solicitors can immediately relieve the pressure and service part of your private client list. We offer a fully managed probate department to support busy legal practices, with you retaining full control of your clients on a consultancy basis.
You do not have to pay someone on your staff to do it; you can use our mailing facilities, and your clients can come to the office or we can go to see them at any time convenient, including Saturday and evening appointments

We currently have around 50 probate clients outsourced from other UK law firms, along with many individual private clients.
