Reviewing Existing Will
I need to review my existing will – what do I do?
We can help you review your existing will, particularly if your circumstances (financial or otherwise) have changed. You can, for instance, use a will as an instrument for inheritance tax planning and, in many cases, clients will seek to review their will if any significant changes have been made to the inheritance tax rules. In some cases, your will may not need a complete change and a codicil (a supplementary document to a will) can be prepared to deal with any minor changes such as adding a gift following the birth of a grandchild.
Consultation on wills
It is important to meet face to face to discuss your needs and answer any questions on making a will. We arrange weekday consultations during office opening hours or at your home during the day or evening. We also run Saturday appointments from 9.00am to 1.00pm.
