In accordance with new Transparency Rules from the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), which requires firms who provide services in certain areas of the law to display pricing and service information in a clear, accessible and transparent manner, we have published the fees you can expect to pay when instructing a solicitor for the following services:
For the public:
- Residential conveyancing:
- Freehold sale or purchase
- Leasehold sale or purchase
- Mortgages and remortgages.
- Probate
For businesses:
This includes if our costs are VAT applicable.
You will also find information on other fees you can expect to pay when we deal with your case, any additional disbursements or costs you may have to pay and how long we estimate it will take to deal with your case.
Our solicitors will also advise you of likely costs once you have made an enquiry.
